I'm Miguel — a chef and a lover of food in every form. I've been cooking my whole life, and that passion drives everything I put on the plate. Smoked pork ribs just happen to be where my process truly shines: low-and-slow, dialed in over years of experience, and never cut short.
It all clicked for me at a BBQ competition — watching people take that first bite and light up. Seeing how much joy food brings is what pushed me to launch Miggy's Piggies and start sharing what I do with the world.
Whether you're grabbing a plate for yourself, ordering a full rack, or feeding a crowd at your next event, every bite gets the same time and attention I'd give anything coming out of my kitchen.
